Beautiful design of a private house. Courtyard design for a private house (60 photos): beautiful design ideas

Modern construction and finishing materials, raw materials for making furniture and decorative elements allow us not only to decorate our home for a comfortable and functional use, but also to embody their cherished design ideas. Private house these days it’s not just walls and a roof, it’s the whole world for its owners, a reflection of their view of aesthetics, practicality, functionality and beauty. The experience accumulated by designers over many years of the existence of such a concept as “creating interior design” allows us to create original or traditional, practical or luxurious, avant-garde or minimalist - any options for decorating your homes, depending on the desire and means. But in the variety of ways to create a modern, stylish and at the same time practical design For private households, it’s easy to get confused. We offer you a small collection of practical and effective advice who can help with the design of modern private apartments. The designers' recommendations are, of course, not a dogma, but they can help you make your own decisions on choosing a home design concept, decide on a color palette and style, place accents and ultimately create the interior of your dreams.

Current ideas for creating a modern private home design

1. Combination of functional segments. Connecting several zones within one room does not lose its popularity. In private houses, this design technique has become no less widespread than in apartments. Combining several functional segments in one room allows you to maintain space and freedom of movement even in spaces that are not large sizes. As a rule, such studio rooms have high level natural light - two or more large windows, in some cases glass doors(exit to the backyard). Combined spaces are also convenient from the point of view of operation and cleaning.

Most often, functional areas such as the living room, dining room and kitchen are combined. The location of these three important life segments under one roof allows you to create a convenient environment from a practical point of view and a beautiful, bright and spacious room with high aesthetic qualities. With the help of modern household appliances, which has high power but a low noise level, the organization of working kitchen processes does not interfere with relaxation in the living room segment or eating in the dining area.

But it’s not just the kitchen, dining and living room segments that need to be combined. For example, workplace can be placed within the living room or bedroom. It is rare that a house has a separate room for an office (unless the main work of one of the household members takes place in the home office). It is also rare that private apartments have the opportunity to allocate a separate room for a library; as a rule, bookshelves and cabinets are placed in the living room or bedroom (depending on the size of the premises and the personal preferences of the owners).

2. Plain wall decoration is a current idea for decorating rooms. IN modern design projects It is becoming increasingly rare to see the use of wallpaper with a pattern for wall decoration, unless this print imitates concrete wall, brick or stone masonry. Plain finishing materials have become undisputed favorites. And it's not just that for small rooms This approach to wall decoration is preferable - light, neutral colors help to visually enlarge the space. Even in fairly spacious rooms, designers recommend using a single-color finish. Material with a print, pattern or ornament is used only to decorate accent walls or even individual sections thereof.

This trend is only beneficial for those who are not yet confident in their abilities and capabilities in the field of decorating their own home. The light, neutral tone of the finish is the ideal tone for any furniture and decor. You don't have to rack your brains over color combinations, combining shades. Even the upholstery of furniture pastel colors looks expressive on a white background, not to mention darker or bright colors y decisions.

The use of the “accent wall” design technique has not lost its popularity, it has simply undergone some modifications. If earlier in the design projects of living rooms, bedrooms, and even children’s rooms and dining rooms, one could find the use of two types of wallpaper from the same collection, which ideally complemented each other, then in modern versions In the design of these rooms, various imitations are increasingly found. Accent wall is the surface of brick or stone masonry, finished with wood or ceramic tiles, mosaics. You can create an imitation using decorative plaster, textured or liquid wallpaper, wall panels, laminate.

So, finishing materials in a modern interior should have the following qualities:

  • be environmentally friendly, safe for humans and the environment;
  • let air through if possible;
  • be easy to install so that finishing can be done independently;
  • be unpretentious in maintenance - surfaces in rooms with high humidity and levels of possible contamination must withstand cleaning using household chemicals and not lose its aesthetic properties;
  • should be easily combined with each other.

3. Bright, original furniture- interior accent. Considering the fact that the main trend in room decoration is neutrality, the use of plain, light materials, the role of accent elements goes to pieces of furniture. This trend is used most clearly in bedroom interiors - the bed in such rooms most often acts as the only accent design item. Not only the design of the bed itself, but also its textile design becomes a priority.

In living rooms, dining rooms, offices and libraries of private houses, upholstered furniture plays the role of accent elements. At the same time, bright, variegated or contrasting dark color upholstery upholstered furniture may be present in more than one piece of furniture. For example, in the living room there are two standing friend opposite the other sofa can be made in different, but equally accent colors.

4. Storage systems – rational use of space. In modern design projects, you can increasingly see storage systems located from the ceiling to the floor. This approach allows you to make maximum use of the available space. In kitchens we see the top tier of cabinets suspended right up to the ceiling (it often has two levels, different in depth). Of course, the top level is not suitable for daily use; it is simply inconvenient for a person of average height to get household items from the upper shelves. But from the point of view of storing utensils that are used infrequently, this approach helps to relieve storage systems in other rooms, and to keep the kitchen itself in order.

If we talk about storage systems in living rooms, they are divided into two types - built-in shelving with open shelves and low modules with facades. Open shelves are used for books, documents and framed photos; for everything else that the owners would like to hide from the eyes of guests, compact chests of drawers with drawers, low modules with hinged or sliding doors.

5. Lighting devices – diffused or local lighting. No matter the size of the room in a modern private home, it rarely requires only one source of artificial lighting. After all, a lighting system is not only the ability to illuminate one or another part of the room, but also the ability to create a certain atmosphere, zoning space or highlighting particularly significant segments. Well, when combining several functional zones in one space (studio room), a lighting system should be present in each.

One central chandelier is never enough in a bedroom. Even if you are not in the habit of reading before bed, lighting from local sources ( wall sconces, table or floor lamps) in the bedroom is simply necessary - to create a certain atmosphere in preparation for bed. Even in a small living room it is not enough ceiling lamps. Floor lamp or desk lamp necessary in a soft seating area, reading corner or near a coffee table.

6. Textile design – laconic design. Speaking of drapery window openings, then designers recommend using the simplest in form and execution textile solutions. Traditional curtains - straight canvases that fall from the ceiling to the floor in uniform vertical folds, can be used either alone or in company with a translucent veil (most often plain and smooth).

Another current method textile design windows in modern interiors of rooms with a variety of functional purposes - the use of fabric roller blinds(Roman, textile blinds, Japanese curtain screens). The design of vertical panels that are just wide enough to cover the window opening and can be assembled into evenly distributed horizontal folds is ideal for the laconic mood of modern rooms.

If we talk about another option for using textiles for decorating a room, then the most striking and accentuated is the use of sofas and other decorative pillows. This is the simplest, fastest and most inexpensive way to change the character of the interior - replacing the color of textile decor on the bed in the bedroom or sofas and armchairs in the living room. Replacing cushion covers is much easier than changing wall decoration or upholstery, which is why designers and their clients love this design technique so much.

Current color palette

As mentioned above, plain wall decoration has become an undisputed favorite in the design of residential premises. And it won’t be news to anyone that light shades in a monochromatic version - the most common way to create a universal background for a room. A light tone helps smooth out imperfections in architecture and surface treatment, will not focus attention on flaws in the installation of window or door openings, will help visually increase the volume of the room and will be an excellent backdrop for accent furniture or decorative elements.

The use of white color for wall decoration is also dictated by the influence of Scandinavian style on the formation of modern style. Snow-white walls combined with wooden floors Warm colors are one of the key design motifs of Scandinavian homes. Maximum space and light are a priority in a room of any size. Namely white, which practically does not absorb sun rays, perfectly corresponds to the tasks and basic principles of the Scandinavian style.

Gray color never goes out of style. Its relevance can be observed for several seasons. Universal, neutral, but at the same time noble and solid - gray color combines perfectly with various color solutions interior Depending on the chosen shade, you can create a calm, dynamic or even dramatic atmosphere in the room. All you have to do is choose a company gray color a couple of tones (most often white and black, or snow-white surfaces and wood) and make one bright accent - original interior ready.

Black and white combinations in the design of modern premises are not the last place on the list current ideas. On the one hand, such a design is easy to organize even if you have no design skills, but on the other hand, you can get a truly original, dynamic and stylish image of the room. Depending on the size and purpose of the room, which will be decorated in a contrasting way, light and dark tones are used to varying degrees of intensity. Of course, for small rooms light tone becomes the main one, dark color is used only to emphasize geometry and highlight particularly significant interior items. In spacious and bright rooms, a dark tone can be used as the main one for large furniture or finishing one of the surfaces.

Along with the relevance of using white color and contrasting combinations, exists color palette, which will always be used. Warm shades of brown - from light beige, pastel shades to the deep, dark color of “bitter chocolate” always create a cozy, comfortable environment for everyone, in which you just want to relax, unwind, gain strength after a hard day for new achievements. That's why beige color scheme can be found in the most different rooms– from the bathroom to the living room, from the hallway to the kitchen area.

Almost the second story of creating a modern interior begins in a standard way. A married couple purchases an apartment in a new building or on the secondary market, where they intend to create convenient layout: living room with kitchen, bedroom, children's room, dressing room and small bathroom.

The owners do not like pretentiousness and overly old-fashioned details; they value minimalism and light shades. Ideal interior V modern style They see it as functional, with fashionable pieces of furniture, lighting and decor.

When construction experience is limited only cosmetic repairs apartment, then the confusion that arises at the stage of planning an interior in a modern style is quite understandable. You will have to make decisions on the choice of finishing materials and furniture arrangement yourself. Purchasing materials yourself, supervising the work of the construction team, spending a lot of money, time, and sometimes nerves.

In the case of a modern style, its creation will cost “little blood” if you build a design without strictly observing boundaries. That is, do not blindly follow each of its stylizing characteristics, but adjust the interior to suit yourself.

For example, a modern apartment interior, decorated in a minimalist style, implies a complete absence of decor. Does the thought of living in an almost vacuum space frighten you? Bright pillows with an active pattern in the living room and an eclectic chandelier in the kitchen will add that same soulful mood to the space. A fireplace (or false fireplace) will become a strong visual center in an extremely laconic interior. You can organize a cozy sofa area around it.

What is modern interior design?

Like any other art, modern interiors have their own trends. Yes, modern design- this is a style that easily subjugates any innovations, is loyal to mixing different directions and takes root even in the most boring layouts. But! Does not deny the dialogue between the present and the past, often drawing inspiration from reinterpretation classic interiors and deciding on the most daring experiments!

Popular designers have no doubt that the synthesis of innovative technologies and classic interior techniques can bear fruit.

Look at the photo - a clear example of this

A bright accent is introduced into the modern, neutral canvas with minimalist facades of a white, glossy cabinet - a vintage chandelier with candle-shaped bulbs. A hopelessly out of fashion lamp is saved by an unusual color. In this design, the chandelier becomes the main trump card in the deck of stylistic decisions.

When developing the concept of a modern interior, it is extremely wrong to not take into account the architecture of the building. Interior space the home should be intertwined with the notes of the building’s exterior, without detracting from fashionable modern trends.

So, if the main structural elements of the house are wood and stone, then the modern content should include these materials in the finishing details. For example, use parquet, laminate or wooden boards. Lay part of the walls with brick - masonry always combines effectively with designer furniture, home appliances and works of art.

If you are lucky enough to live in a house with stucco, French windows And high ceilings, That perfect design for you - modern-traditional.

Classic in modern processing(contemporary) easily adapts to fashion innovations, but requires premium materials. It is at the same time elegant and at the same time practical, comfortable and an unexpected contrast to traditional settings. In a laconic but complete designer finds room, classical elements keep the overall interior decor in good shape and create a solemn mood.

Modern interior ideas 2016-2017

Disadvantage of monotonous architecture modern houses, limited binding to sewer risers, location of windows, load-bearing walls limit the freedom of choice of planning solutions. It won’t work out just like “in the picture.” Therefore, you will have to improvise. It is possible to combine a kitchen-dining room with a living room (which is completely in the spirit of modern interiors), make maximum use of the free space for the main functions, minimize passage areas (corridors) and be sure to carve out a place for a functional pantry/dressing room.

The starting point that will determine much in the design of a modern space can be the choice of color. Modern interior home, made in black (gray) and white shades with a combination wooden surfaces- a win-win option. Dramatic color contrast will set depth and internal rhythm. And the play of geometric surfaces, soft shapes and a variety of textures will add expressiveness to the space.

A good help for creative imagination and inspiration will come from the free layout of your apartment or house. Undivided modern design internal partitions involves the use minimum quantity furniture and the lightest shades possible.

First, the compositional center of the living space is built. Most often it becomes the living room. Around the guest area, combined with the dining room and kitchen, all other rooms are located - a bedroom, a children's room, an entrance hall with a dressing room, an office and a bathroom. Placing rooms in a circle makes it possible to completely get rid of non-functional rooms - vestibules and corridors.

The photo shows a modern apartment design - Scandinavian modern

There is an opinion that you don’t need to look at the designs of modern interiors for a long time, you need to live in them. The atmosphere of comfort envelops you as soon as you cross the threshold of such a house. What's the secret? The white color and soft texture of the wood create a special mood. The inclusion of textiles in bright colors makes the space feel inviting. Against a white background brick walls, gray sofas with colorful pillows seem especially soft.

Modern style in the interior of an apartment and house

The complexity of decorating living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens in a modern style arises from the fact that renovations are being undertaken in an era of synchronization of completely different civilized, cultural and personal histories in one period of time. Therefore, in order for the project to be not momentary, but individual, relevant at all times, it is necessary to adhere to the recommendations.

Rules for decorating a modern interior:

  • do not skimp on finishing;
  • select every item in the house with meaning and purpose. Don’t put furniture just “for beauty”;

  • make some of the walls and ceiling white. In addition to visually expanding the space, white will favorably emphasize other colors and shades, making the furniture group and decorative elements expressive;

  • lighting in a modern interior can be done with different scenarios. Lamps placed at each level of the room (on the ceiling, at floor level, in furniture, in niches) will visually emphasize its depth and create a three-dimensional space;

  • remember that the modern interior of a cottage or studio apartment is flexible and multifaceted. The space absorbs motifs from many directions. Loft, minimalism, eclecticism, hi-tech, modern, eco, pop art - all these styles in one way or another have a significant influence on the formation of modern design.

Examples of interiors in a modern style

Design options different rooms in the apartment, clearly demonstrating the ideas of modern design.

Modern kitchen interior in an apartment

The photo shows a modern kitchen interior with a large window from the architect Stanislav Lukin. Installing a rounded corner sofa significantly increased the comfort level of the kitchen. The model of this sofa has storage systems in the lower part. Glass surface The table can be folded out if necessary.

The designer used every corner in the kitchen. The countertop in the kitchen work area forms a convenient working triangle with the main zones.

Tip: the modern interior of a room will always look neat and neatly “combed” if there is open shelves minimize. Cabinets with blank doors are always better than dusty ceiling racks filled with strange things.

Modern interior of a children's room

One more interesting idea architect Stas Lukin - a children's room in a modern style. The interior turned out to be dynamic and bright, and proper zoning made it possible to combine important spaces in one room.

Modern living room interior

To create a textured accent on the walls, in the living area they often use decorative plaster, wood panels, 3D panels or brick. The remaining surfaces are left light, neutral in color.

The best option for covering the living room floor in a modern style is parquet board from natural wood or laminate with a spectacular imitation of natural patterns.

The ceiling in a modern studio apartment is mostly white. This color erases the boundaries between volumes and collects all the “pieces” of space into a single whole.

If in country house If there are unlined floor beams, it is not necessary to decorate the space in country or Provence style. Within a cottage living room, exposed beams become part of a modern design when they are painted white and used to mount light fixtures. No less effective on light ceiling Dark brown or black beams look great in a modern living room.

Modern kitchen interior in the house

Standard set: sink, stove, kitchen table, - no longer meets the needs of modern owners. In the layout of fashionable modern kitchens professional designers They are increasingly abandoning dull solutions, transforming kitchen meters beyond recognition due to:

smooth facades that do not attract unnecessary attention and look like a background;

using unusual visual details: designer lamps, paintings, beautiful dishes - it is not customary to make a laconic interior in a modern style “too smooth”;

splashes of bright colors - rich yellow chairs on a neutral background of a modern black and white kitchen, work great in contrast.

In order to create a modern and functional space with a minimum of expressive means, there is no need to be afraid to combine natural wood and glossy monochrome surfaces, polished metal and veneer. Don’t get carried away with excessive decoration of the kitchen - it’s too easy to cross the line of good taste. It's better to focus on texture and color, and not make fashion the only criterion when choosing a design.

Modern bedroom interior

Three colors and three textures are enough to make a modern bedroom beautiful. Matte white ceiling, glossy black and white furniture, wooden floor - this ternary system always wins. It's hard to go wrong with it.

For cozy atmosphere fresh flowers, soft textiles, fluffy carpet and steam will respond bright pillows on the bed. They will dilute straight lines in the interior.

The success of a design project depends not only on the idea, but also on how correctly the ceiling height and the shape of the space are taken into account.

A classic idea for a modern bedroom is a floating bed, illuminated by LED lamps in the dark.

There should be no random things in the bedroom. Only what is needed for comfortable life: large bed, comfortable work area, a couple bedside tables and perhaps a spacious wardrobe.

They fit effectively into the modern design of the bedroom bright accents above the head of the bed there are yellow frames framing loft-style lamps.

Modern bathroom interior

Range fashionable palette modern bath not limited. But all shades of white look especially chic in bathrooms.

In the photo, the bathroom walls are lined with porcelain tiles with a concrete texture.

Among the favorites of our time are bathrooms with marble surfaces. It is not necessary to “dress” the room in natural stone from head to toe. Fashion designers offer a compromise solution - combine marble with stainless steel. Example in the picture.

Curtains are not curtains. Window decoration in modern interiors

When choosing a space to live, most of us are guided by the size, number of windows and views that open from them. Having gotten rid of purely decorative techniques in the interior - curtains with lambrequins and jacquard drapes, it will be possible to pay more attention to its main values - air and light. And to the person who lives in this space.

Modern design studio apartment for the most part does not require a magnificent frame. And shutters in this context - best option registration large windows, when you need to create the perfect darkness for watching a movie or sleeping.

Step-by-step implementation using an example

How is work on the project carried out?

Analyzing the situation

The customers are a young family with 2 children, a 3-storey country house, the material of the external walls is monolith, the second light in the living room is a ceiling height of 6.7 meters, we need to make 2 children's rooms, 3 bathrooms, a functional attic floor.

Before starting work on the project, our designers went out to measure the object and took photographs of all the rooms and communications nodes. Compiled directly on site terms of reference with the customer, where we discuss each room in detail, find out the customer’s preferences, his lifestyle, in order to provide everything necessary when preparing a planning solution.

We are working on a planning solution

A competent planning solution is the key to a comfortable life. The layout is the skeleton of the future interior, so at this stage it is necessary to think through everything to the smallest detail. The connection to communications largely determines the location of the rooms. As a result of the redevelopment, on ground floor there was a maid's room, a sauna, gym and a relaxation room. The layout turned out to be logical and very convenient. The customers were satisfied.

We are working on a conceptual solution

Before we start working on visualization, we select analogues in a given style direction. We analyze them in detail at a personal meeting to determine which style and functional solutions the customer likes.

And having already defined the concept of the interior, we begin to develop sketches.

The entire studio takes part in the work on the sketches; everything is carefully thought out, discussed and then finalized. Only after this the customer is shown the finished 3D visualizations.

We make drawings for builders, prepare estimates

For builders, we make detailed drawings, developments and diagrams necessary for the implementation of the project.

We include all finishing materials and furniture used in the project in a statement indicating the article numbers, quantity, cost and addresses of stores where they can be purchased.

The most difficult part is probably why it is the most interesting. Perfect repair without problems is a MYTH! It is always necessary to come to a compromise in the struggle for space, aesthetics and adequacy of prices already during the construction process.

During the implementation process, there always arises, I repeat, there is always a need to solve a bunch of problems: make changes to the project, change the positions of custom-made materials and furniture that have been discontinued, and a hundred other problems that will require an immediate solution. An unprepared person simply cannot cope with such work. We do this professionally with the proper enthusiasm and scrupulousness, which guarantees 100% exact compliance with the implementation of the design project without the participation of the customer.
