Pasting paper wallpaper: all the most valuable advice from experts. How to properly glue paper wallpaper - preparation, gluing, difficult places How to glue thin paper wallpaper

For more than 150 years, Russia has been producing paper wallpaper. During this time we fell in love with them created comfort and warmth in our homes. Previously, this coating was considered a sign of wealth, it was produced in small quantities, because there was only one manufacturing method - manual labor. Now rolls are produced in unprecedented quantities, every year making the structure more complex and improving quality, and their choice is available to everyone. The range of paper wallpapers is very wide: wallpaper for children, for the living room, for the kitchen - you can choose a design for each room.

The advantages of paper wallpaper - in environmental safety, in a wide variety of colors and affordable price. They are well suited for both home and garden. You can find designs with diamonds, flowers, etc. Paper wallpaper is associated with childhood, with the comfort of grandma’s house.

Consumers want more and more variety; they get bored with the same type of designs. Often, in innovative production, only a paper base is used, and high-tech compounds are applied on top, and a product is born. the new kind wallpaper Or vice versa, they take the basis from more durable materials, and a paper layer is placed on top.

Paper coverings are divided into two types.

  • Single-layer, they contain one layer of paper. They resemble tissue paper in thickness. Single layer paper wallpaper the cheapest, very light in weight, and not particularly durable. They tear easily when exposed to moisture, so during the gluing process it is better to apply glue only to the wall. Such wallpapers are always smooth to the touch, they are given the name “simplex”.
  • Multilayer, called “duplex”. During their production, layers of paper are glued together to increase strength. Conventional two-layer wallpaper is rarely produced only from paper; new structures are often achieved. For example, with this technology, a moisture-repellent top layer is applied, and water-resistant surfaces are obtained. The relief pattern is obtained by gluing several layers and immediately, without waiting for drying, extruded relief roller any pattern. Next they are painted over, from simple lines to painted patterns. This is how you get embossed duplex wallpaper. Such coatings are not at all smooth to the touch, are more durable, and have excellent appearance and last for years.
  • Duplex with embossing
In the production of multi-layer wallpaper, compressed textile and cellulose fibers can be used as a base, and a paper layer can be applied on top. Then they get paper wallpaper on a non-woven basis, which housewives love so much for their incredible strength and soft texture.

Such wallpapers are divided into restoration type (for painting) or with a finished pattern and coloring from the manufacturer. Thanks to their durable structure, they can withstand repeated painting. Often used in design ideas to indicate the transition of zones, applying a horizontal pattern to visually stretch out the space of the room.

    How to wallpaper

If you decide to update your home walls and choose paper wallpaper, a wide range of colors and quality will pleasantly surprise buyers. Big choice offered by Belarusian manufacturers. To avoid any unforeseen difficulties during the repair process, we suggest studying the recommendations below, step by step.

Any renovation should begin with freeing up space. Furniture is moved or taken out, paintings and photographs hanging on the walls are moved away, creeping coverings on the floor are removed (or covered with durable plastic film).

Next comes the preparation of the walls themselves. To make removing old paper wallpaper easier, there are several tricks.

    Alternative ways to remove wallpaper
We stock up on warm water, a sponge and a sharp 8-10 cm spatula.

Before starting work, we will turn off the power to the room, or better yet, the entire apartment. Wet the walls generously with a sponge and warm water. Let it soak in a little and begin removing the wallpaper from the top edge, using a spatula to pry up difficult areas. If there are still halos of old coatings on the wall, wet them a couple more times.

If they were previously glued, then to remove them you first need to make holes, otherwise moisture will not get inside. The easiest way to do this is to use a needle roller.

If you iron the wallpaper with an iron, it will soften and will be much easier to remove.

To no avail? Then we will rub the walls with a metal brush, this will remove even small residues.

    Calculation and purchase

We measure the walls and calculate the number of rolls. It is important to consider the following: if you choose paper coverings with a large, sweeping pattern, then a lot will be spent on trimming. In order not to glue the last corner with remnants with joints, the purchase is made with a reserve.

For convenient calculation, you can use this table:

The quality of paper wallpaper depends on its density:

    • thin types weigh less than 110 g/m²;
    • rolls of average quality weigh 110-140 g/m²;
    • heavy dense models can weigh more than 140 g/m².

Buy a couple more rolls of wallpaper. This will make it possible to update defective areas if they come off or are painted by a child. If you need to buy additional rolls later, most likely, the batch of them will be different and the color may vary greatly.

    Preparing the walls

The walls must be properly prepared before gluing. We look at where there are strongly protruding bumps and knock them down. If the renovation is not large-scale and the plans do not include major leveling, then wallpaper with a chaotic pattern, but long straight lines will give away all the secrets.

If the unevenness is not too large, leveling is sufficient regular putty. Don’t forget to treat the walls before and after puttying with a primer, so the finish will be stronger. The putty layer should be thin; if necessary, it is applied in several layers (after the previous one has dried). We also remind you about sanding the putty. The finishing layer is sanded especially carefully.

Large irregularities cannot be smoothed out with putty; it will simply crack after drying. For this, alabaster or gypsum-based plasters are used. To obtain a perfectly smooth surface, leveling is done by sheathing or gluing drywall to the walls. If drywall is not suitable, the walls can be leveled with beacon plaster. However, this option is very labor-intensive.

    Wallpapering

All that remains is to apply the finishing coat. It is better to place wallpaper on the ceiling along a longitudinal line from the entrance, starting from the edge. Wallpaper is applied to the walls, first of all, where the entire strip will lie, and then they are pasted around the window and other places with slopes, shelves, and the like. The gluing sequence is shown schematically in the photo:

Before you start gluing and after 3 days, you should not allow drafts in the room, otherwise all the wallpaper will come off the walls. Therefore, at this time, the rooms are not ventilated, windows and vents are not opened.

Pasting paper wallpaper is done as follows.

When smoothing, the joints are very easy to damage. To avoid this, place a thin rag or napkin under the roller. They will also absorb excess glue that comes out.

All the details are shown in more detail in this video:

If paper wallpaper for painting is chosen for repair, paint it only after the pasted surface has permanently dried. In case of unsuccessful experiments with the pattern, they can be repainted many times.

    Wallpapering with glue applied

Recently, types of wallpaper have appeared with dry glue already applied to the back side. They can be recognized by the inscription “Prepasted” on the packaging. The process of gluing them is slightly different from the usual ones.

Paper wallpaper is best suited for decorating walls in a bedroom or children's room due to its environmental friendliness. They have poor resistance to stains, but are very cheap, so replacing them after a couple of years is not a problem.

It would seem that it could be simpler than gluing paper wallpaper. But here too there are subtleties and nuances. Today we will tell you how to choose the right wallpaper, prepare the surface and what you need to consider.

Features of paper wallpaper

Despite the popularity of non-woven, vinyl and liquid analogues, paper wallpaper remains quite in demand. Relatively inexpensive and environmentally friendly, they also have a large assortment - so everyone can choose exactly what they need.

Single layer. The simplest and inexpensive option, but also the least quality. Such wallpaper is only suitable for a rented apartment or as a solution for the first time.

Double-layer (duplex). Due to the second paper layer, the wallpaper gets wet less when applied, hides minor wall irregularities better, is more durable and lasts longer.

Embossed. Also two-layer wallpaper, but with a structural pattern that is repeated with paint - due to this, the wallpaper looks more voluminous, more interesting and more expensive than usual.

Moisture resistant. Due to impregnation with a special composition, such wallpapers do not get wet when hung, and they can also be wiped with a damp cloth.

Structural. Another option for two-layer wallpaper, but with wood shavings in the middle, which creates a beautiful three-dimensional relief.

Foamed. Like structural ones, only instead wood shavings Between the layers they have an acrylic polymer, which gives the wallpaper strength.

For painting. Two-layer wallpaper - embossed or structural, which can be coated with paint. True, after the second time the wallpaper loses its presentation.

Advantages and disadvantages

In addition to price and environmental friendliness, paper wallpaper is attractive because it is relatively easy to apply. Even a beginner can cope with this task if he follows the instructions.

The paper allows moisture to pass through freely and thereby allows it to escape into the wall - which means that mushrooms and mold will not grow behind such wallpaper. However, for obvious reasons, it is impossible to use paper wallpaper in rooms with high humidity.

But the next time you do renovations, you can easily remove the paper wallpaper. As a rule, they move away from the walls well just like that. And if difficulties arise, just wet them and scrape them off with a spatula.

Paper wallpaper lasts no more than ten years. At the same time, it is better not to stick them in a room with windows on the sunny side, otherwise they will quickly fade and lose their original appearance.

In addition, they cannot be peeled or washed - the paper will get wet, wrinkle or even tear - and in any case will not look the same. Exception - moisture resistant wallpaper, but even they should not be rubbed with a rag with excessive enthusiasm.

Preparation

Before gluing paper wallpaper, it is important to prepare the walls. First you need to get rid of the old wallpaper. If they do not come off just like that, they need to be wetted and removed after a while with a spatula.

Some add it to water ammonia or soda, and then iron the wallpaper with a hot iron through gauze or cloth soaked in this solution. It is important to remove all unevenness and roughness, because paper wallpaper will not be able to hide these imperfections.

Therefore, after you remove the old wallpaper, you need to cover all the cracks with putty, then sand them with sandpaper and, as a final step, prime the walls.

Before gluing, turn off the electricity and remove the covers from switches and sockets. When you stick the strips on, simply leave a cut in their place with a cross, then remove all excess and put the covers in place.

To make the walls look perfect, it is better to remove the baseboards and install them back after you have pasted all the wallpaper - or replace them with new ones.

How to hang paper wallpaper

It is very important to choose for wallpaper the right glue. For paper, universal glue, CMC or PVA is suitable. Read our article for details.

You will need: a paper knife, a simple pencil, a tape measure, a brush and a container for glue, a roller, a damp sponge (to remove excess glue), a dry cloth.

1. Roll out the roll with the wrong side up and mark the length - the height of the room plus 10 cm. If there is no pattern on the wallpaper, cut several strips at once. If there is a pattern, then the wallpaper needs to be cut so that the details match.

2. First, mark the surface of the walls: starting from the window, mark the width of the strip and draw an even vertical line - for this you can use a plumb line with a cord or a laser level.

3. Dilute the glue exactly as written in the instructions. Apply it evenly to the strip, do not forget about the edges.

Helpful advice. If you have two-layer wallpaper, then fold the sheet inward on both sides and leave for 5 minutes to soak. If the wallpaper is single-layer, then proceed to the next step - the strip will be saturated while you carry it to the wall.

4. Start gluing the wallpaper in the same way as you marked the wall - from the window. If the wallpaper has a pattern, do not forget to ensure that it matches.

5. Using a dry, clean piece of fabric, press the strip from the middle to the edges, from top to bottom. Trim off the excess with the same paper knife.

6. Iron the joints with a roller - this way they will be less noticeable.

After finishing work, leave the windows closed for a day: the wallpaper should dry evenly at the same temperature. For the same reason, you should not use a fan to dry the wallpaper faster - it will only ruin all your efforts.

Novice craftsmen, when renovating their apartment, think that gluing wallpaper is a common task, and anyone can handle it. But we dare to disappoint you, high-quality and professional wallpapering has many stages, which we will talk about in our article.

How to properly glue paper wallpaper - preparing the room

  • If the wall has bumps and cracks, smooth out the unevenness with putty or plaster. After finishing the work, go over it with a primer, then the new wallpaper will lie smoothly and beautifully.
  • If the previous coating was glass wallpaper, wash the wall with a solvent, then putty and prime the overall surface.
  • To delete textile wallpaper, the wall needs to be treated universal remedy designed for removing wallpaper. As a rule, there are no problems with this type, and you can easily remove them manually without resorting to various tricks.
  • When you decide to apply wallpaper where there was paint before, you need to remove the paint special solution. Then scrape off the wet paint with a spatula, and fill the remaining part with an even layer.
  • Walls made of fiberboard, chipboard and plasterboard are pre-primed and sanded. Special attention Pay attention to slab joints and screw and nail holes.

How to properly glue paper wallpaper - cut the wallpaper

After you have prepared the wall for wallpapering, proceed to cutting the roll. It is advisable to have an assistant in this matter.

  • The first step is to check that the serial numbers of the wallpaper are same values. Also look in the instructions for the wallpaper to see how best to glue this type - butt or overlap.
  • Measure the height of the wall with a tape measure and mark the measurements with a pencil. Add 5-7 cm of margin to the measurements.
  • For easy cutting, prepare a wallpaper knife and a metal ruler.
  • Measure and cut 5 to 10 strips at a time.

How to properly glue paper wallpaper - dilute the glue

The work is done by one person, without any difficulties. The main condition for receiving good result is to follow the rules without breaking the sequence. It is recommended to purchase glue for light wallpaper; the usual preparation is as follows:

  • Pour cold clean water into the container. To dilute an average pack of glue, you will need about 5-7 liters of water.
  • Gradually stirring, pour out the glue.
  • Mix the resulting mixture well and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

The finished glue should not have a liquid consistency or lumps; to get rid of the latter, mix the glue, pressing out the lumps.

How to properly glue paper wallpaper - treat with glue

This type of wallpaper tends to tear after glue gets on it, so do all work carefully and carefully.

  • The wallpaper strip must be unrolled on a flat and clean surface - a table or floor.
  • It is recommended to apply the glue with a roller or wide paint brush, making sure there are no dry spots.
  • To prevent glue from getting on the front side, take the edge of the strip and fold it towards the middle, repeat the procedure on the other edge. Next, fold the fabric in half.
  • Leave the strip for 4-5 minutes to allow the glue to absorb. During this time, coat the wall with glue to the width of the wallpaper strip.

How to properly glue paper wallpaper - wallpaper gluing

  • Start gluing wallpaper from top line markings, gradually unfolding along the entire length.
  • Next, you need to smooth out the glued strip; for these purposes, use a dry cloth or rubber roller.
  • Smoothing is carried out in the form of a herringbone - imagine that you are drawing with a roller christmas tree, moving from the middle to the edge, outlining each branch. With these movements we get rid of air bubbles and level the surface.
  • To glue the next sheet at the joint to the previous one, place the strip as close as possible to the edge of the already pasted strip. Smooth the edges of the strips at the joint especially carefully and remove excess glue from the front side with a dry cloth.

After pasting the wallpaper, wait until it is completely dry before proceeding with any excess trimming. Trim any unnecessary edges using a utility knife.

Paper wallpaper has been very popular in apartment renovations for decades. Despite the fact that the demand for this finishing material decreases every year, there is a wide selection of it on the construction market. In addition, manufacturing companies are improving their quality and creating new types. Before gluing paper wallpaper, you need to study the instructions and prepare necessary tools and only after that start working.

The main function of the material is decorative. Wallpaper is used to refresh, make cozy and warm room behind short term. But it is important to understand that the wallpaper on paper based highlight all the irregularities and flaws on the walls. When wet, they lose their original strength and linearity in size. Therefore, gluing paper wallpaper requires certain knowledge and experience.

Preparing the walls

Creating a smooth and high-quality foundation is one of the most important stages sticking. Before gluing paper wallpaper, you should get rid of the old coating. The procedure is simple and carried out in a short time: just wet it with a soap solution. With washable wallpaper, everything is just as simple: since it is difficult for the solution to seep inside, you need to make cuts on them.

When the wallpaper gets wet, remove it with a metal spatula. If it was not possible to remove all the canvas, the procedure is repeated. Places where the walls are difficult to clean should be ironed using an iron through a wet cloth.

It is known that vinyl wallpaper consists of several layers. Sometimes it is better to remove only the top layer, leaving the bottom layer, which will serve as a good base for new wallpaper.

If the walls were previously covered with paint, then before gluing paper wallpaper, the surface is cleaned with coarse sandpaper. Water-based paint and whitewash are moistened with a soap solution and removed with a spatula. Whitewash can also be removed with a sponge moistened with warm water, which must be changed frequently.

Preparing the base

You need to start gluing when any unevenness on the surface has been plastered or puttied. Defects can also be eliminated using facing paper. Important condition for quality work and operation finishing material- the base must be as smooth, clean and dry as possible. You can remove dust from the walls using diluted wallpaper glue, but PVA or primers will also work.

Paper wallpaper adhesive: application

There are three main ways. The first is usually used by builders of the old school. The canvas is laid with the pattern down, and applied to the reverse side using a roller. thin layer glue solution. Next, the sheets are folded with the adhesive side inward and allowed to swell for 2-3 minutes. It is important to apply optimal quantity glue so that the paper-based wallpaper does not get too wet. Its excess amount will reduce their strength, and during gluing it may come out. It is also important to ensure that the edges of the canvases do not dry out, otherwise they may stick abruptly, after which it will be difficult to combine the overall pattern.

The second method is as follows: the cut sheet is placed with the pattern down. After this, the back side of the canvas is slightly moistened with water using a soft sponge. When the paper begins to absorb moisture, a thin layer of adhesive solution is applied to it, and then gluing begins.

The method is used mainly by professionals, since it requires certain knowledge and the ability to calculate the amount of water depending on the density of the material. In this case, powdered glue is diluted in less water and applied both to the wall and to the wallpaper.

The third method is the manufacturer's recommendations for gluing paper wallpaper with pre- applied glue. When “Prepasted” is printed on the roll, it means that the adhesive has already been applied and requires water to “activate” it. Before gluing, each cut strip is rolled into a roll and immersed in water for 30 seconds. warm water. Next, the roll is taken out of the water, unrolled and folded with the glue side facing in for a few minutes. After this you need to unstick it and you can glue it to the wall. Any glue that gets on the surface is wiped off with a damp sponge.

Preparation of material

The roll of paper is rolled out face down. Next, mark the height of the wall on it and add 10 cm for a margin. If there is no single pattern on the wallpaper, then there is no need for precise joining of individual sheets, so you can cut several identical sheets at once. Otherwise, the strips are cut with a margin. This is necessary to match the pattern. The manufacturer usually indicates in the instructions how much should be added to the length of the sheets, which increases material consumption.

Gluing technology

Where to start gluing wallpaper? They start work from the window. First, using a level or even strip, a vertical line is drawn from the corner of the slope on the wall, which will later become a guideline for evenly gluing the sheets.

Apply to the previously cut strip glue solution, intended for paper wallpaper. Dry glue is thoroughly mixed in water and allowed to stand until it swells. It is evenly applied to the canvas, starting from the center to the edges, which must be lubricated with special care.

The edges of the canvases are glued end to end. In this case, no folds or kinks should form. During the process, you need to make sure that the glue does not get on the front part of the material. If this happens, you can wipe it off with a dry cloth. The wallpaper remaining near the baseboard and under the ceiling is trimmed with a special wallpaper knife. It is also advisable to remove the baseboards before gluing paper wallpaper. Sockets and switches are removed, the room is de-energized. In their place, cuts are not made in advance, but glued directly onto the holes. They are cut through only after the adhesive solution has dried. After this, you can screw the sockets and switches back.

Internal corner

Do not glue a whole sheet of wallpaper into a corner, as there is a high probability that it may deviate vertically or wrinkles will appear on it. To properly glue wallpaper in this place, measure the distance from the last sheet to the corner and add a margin of 2 cm, that is, the sheets are glued overlapping. Next, using a ruler, a cut is made in the middle of the joint from the ceiling to the baseboard, and the trimmings are removed. The result should be an inconspicuous seam.

Outside corner

Gluing technology outside corner is different. At the same time, it must be perfectly smooth and free of chips and irregularities. The canvas is wrapped around the corner, and its edge is checked with a level, since the location of the next sheets will depend on it. The second method is similar to wallpapering internal corner: they are glued overlapping, after which a cut is made in the middle of the junction of two sheets and the trimmings are removed. The ruler should be metal, since it is more rigid, and it cannot be allowed to move.

Wallpaper on the ceiling

In this case, they are glued perpendicular to the window. The first step is to mark a line, which will later become a guideline for the first stripe.

It can be applied with a string coated with chalk. The canvas is pre-lubricated, applied to the ceiling and aligned along the drawn line. Next, it is pressed and the resulting folds are smoothed out.

Low cost, rich colors, environmental friendliness and simplicity are the main advantages of paper wallpaper. Photos of rooms whose walls are covered with this material indicate that with their help you can create a warm and cozy environment almost everywhere.

Wall decoration with paper has been used for a very long time. In the old days, such luxury was available only to a narrow circle of very rich people. After all, the material was made by hand and was expensive. In Soviet times, paper finishing was considered a shortage.

If it was possible to get it, a group of people would stick together paper wallpaper with their own hands and present the result to others.

Today, with all the variety of materials and advanced technologies, paper wallpaper has not lost its relevance. The popularity is justified by the low cost and environmental friendliness of the natural material.

Types of paper wallpaper

  1. Simplex. The simplest and cheapest category. It has one layer with a pattern applied to the surface.
  2. Duplex. Two-layer products, where the top coating is usually embossed. They are thicker than their single-layer counterparts, but the price is slightly higher. It's justified long term service, a wide range of colors and the ability to hide small defects on the walls.
  3. Duplex without a pattern for painting. Upper layer is not provided with a pattern, has a smooth or slightly embossed structure and is complemented by moisture-repellent qualities.
  4. Paper material on non-woven fabric. It is stronger than thin paper counterparts. It allows air to pass through well and does not lose quality after painting.
  5. Photo wallpaper. Panoramas are applied to the surface using photo printing. Typically offered in pieces rather than rolls.

How to glue paper on walls

The older generation remembers well how, in times of shortage, paste was used as glue - a viscous mass made from flour and water. Today, the consumer is asked to choose an adhesive for a specific type of wallpaper.

Often we already have old supplies of material or glue at home left over from previous renovations.

But doubts arise whether it is worth using the stored composition.

  1. Many people wonder whether it is possible to glue paper wallpaper with non-woven glue, or run to the store to buy a specialized analogue? It is possible, moreover, since it is intended for heavy wallpaper, then thin ones will stick to it even more reliably. It just costs more than CMC, that’s the whole difference.
  2. If you have some PVA lying around, that will do. Just remember to dilute it with water to the consistency of liquid sour cream. But there is one drawback - when you decide next repair, old wallpaper glued to it will be very difficult to dismantle. You will have to soak the coating, then scrape it off with a spatula.

  1. Ideally, wallpapering walls with paper wallpaper is done using CMC - an inexpensive and effective adhesive that can be diluted with water. But for two-layer duplex, a special composition is produced for heavy wallpaper, with enhanced adhesive properties.

The whole work process

You shouldn’t start working with your bare hands; just rolls and a box of glue are not enough. To make things work, prepare the entire set of available tools.

Prepare your tools

  1. A container for diluting glue and a bath with low sides for the finished mixture.
  2. Roller or roller for applying mass to paper.
  3. Rubber roller or for leveling wallpaper. You can replace them with several pieces of soft, dry cloth.
  4. Water or laser level.
  5. Long ruler, pencil, scissors, mounting knife.
  6. Goats or stepladder.

Preparing the walls

Since this type of finishing does not mask uneven surfaces well, the walls must be leveled as thoroughly as possible.

Strictly following the instructions during preparation will significantly speed up and facilitate the gluing process, and the end result will be perfect.

  1. Clear the room of furniture, remove baseboards, sockets and switches.
  2. Old paint, tiles, wallpaper or other finishing must be removed.
  3. In some cases, plastering is required for rough leveling or filling large cracks and potholes.
  4. The plaster layer or bare with a deeply penetrating antifungal composition.
  5. Dried surfaces are puttied with a gypsum-based mixture.
  6. The frozen layer is finally leveled with sandpaper. Only now the walls are completely ready for wallpapering.

Note!
If you have any doubts about whether it is possible to glue non-woven wallpaper onto paper wallpaper, dispel them by actively dismantling the latter.
The old coating left behind will definitely become wet from the glue and come off along with the new finish.
You'll have to buy and glue everything again.

Finishing work

After preparation, you will have to clean the room again.

Wash the floor clean, otherwise the new wallpaper will get dirty on it before installing it on the walls. Now you will have to perform several technical steps to mark and cut the material.

The technology for gluing paper wallpaper is quite simple. However, ignoring even one point can lead to unjustified expectations.

Cutting and fitting

  1. Unroll part of the roll and place it face up on the floor.
  2. Measure the fragment according to the height of the wall, draw a line and cut the canvas along it.
  3. To the side of the finished piece, unroll the roll further. Now you need to adjust the drawing. In this case, a small trim should remain on top.
  4. If the wallpaper is planned to be glued end-to-end, both edges are cut off; if it is overlapped, one edge is cut off.
  5. Then the operation is repeated, and subsequent panels are adjusted on the floor to the previous cuts.
  6. The canvases are numbered and stacked.
  7. Dilute the glue according to the proportions indicated on the package and leave it to swell overnight.

Pasting

The photo shows the process of gluing the panels.

Installation always starts from the corner closest to the window. If it is professionally leveled and level, glue exactly from it.

But if there is the slightest doubt about evenness, installation begins from a vertical line drawn slightly back.

  1. Lay the first canvas on the floor with the wrong side up and coat it with glue.
  2. Wait a little (no more than 5/7 minutes) for the paper to become saturated with the composition.
  1. Having leveled the top and side of the fragment, with careful movements, moving from top to bottom and to the sides, smooth the sheet with a dry, clean cloth, expelling excess glue and air bubbles.
  2. The next canvas is glued using the same method, joining the pattern along the way.
  3. Move from window to door. The last in line to finish are the partitions, the areas under the window, and the corners.

Conclusion

Nowadays, everything natural and environmentally friendly is at the height of fashion. Sticking a capricious one paper material does not tolerate disdain. The reward for your patience will be spectacular, breathable walls that are safe for others.
