In addition, “Purmo” radiators with bottom connections have recently become the most popular. For heating devices longer than 2 m, cross-connection of pipes is recommended, which ensures uniform heat distribution along the entire length of the panel. In a specific case, when it is not possible to connect the radiator using the above methods, an intermediate or saddle connection is used.

Varieties

The model range of these heating devices is represented by five main types. Compared to aluminum devices, “Purmo” (radiators) differ in connection types and workmanship:

  1. Purmo Compact C - radiators with side connection.
  2. Purmo Ventil Compact VKO - devices with a thermostatic built-in valve, having a bottom or side connection.
  3. Purmo Hygiene P - devices with side connection, which do not have convection elements.
  4. Purmo Ventil Hygiene PV are radiators with a thermostatic built-in valve, with bottom or side connection. Convection elements are not provided.
  5. Purmo Planora Plan DF are devices that have both bottom and side connections.

Radiators must be installed in accordance with current regulations. It is advisable to remove the protective film from the device after completion of construction and installation work.

The type of bracket is selected depending on the design of the walls, taking into account the weight of the radiator and operating conditions. Heating appliances can be installed on stands fixed to the floor. Radiators can be installed in heating systems with plastic, metal-plastic, steel and copper pipes.

If the heating system is hidden in the wall structure, it is advisable to install devices with side connections (type C), but if it is located in the floor, it is preferable to choose radiators with bottom connections (type V).

When installing heating devices under window openings, the height of the radiators should be calculated taking into account the distance from the window sill to the floor, while the lower edge of the device should be located at least 100 mm from the floor surface, the upper edge - 100 mm from the window sill.

High quality painting

The main purpose of steel radiators of this brand is not only to heat rooms, but also to achieve uniform harmony with the interior. Manufacturers use technologies for painting that are used in the automotive industry and are characterized by durability and increased durability of the effect.

The palette of basic colors allows you to choose products from the Purmo brand (radiators) that will fit perfectly into any interior, and if necessary, you can order individual painting of the device.

Functionality and design

Purmo steel panel radiators are functional, self-sufficient elements of interior design, as well as integral components of an effective heating system. European quality, which has been recognized by Austria and Germany, is an indicator of the professionalism of the manufacturer. The company's designers and engineers have created excellent “Purmo” radiators. The technical characteristics of these heating devices are unique - high heat transfer coefficient, versatility in use, own style.

When we get into a room, very often we don’t even look at the heating devices installed in it - the selected models are so inconspicuous and faceless. The same cannot be said about the Devices, which instantly attract attention with their harmonious colors and unique design. Ideally fitting into absolutely any interior, panel heating devices become one of the main elements of the room, focusing on comfort, modernity and style.

To create an effective heating system for both private houses and apartments in multi-storey buildings, Purmo radiators are used to distribute heat at the final stage of the heating process. They are the ideal solution for district heating systems in terms of technical, economic and hygienic solutions. Automatic adjustment devices, which are equipped with all modern in-house heating systems, work very fruitfully with devices from this company, due to their low inertia and small volumes of liquid.

The advantage of Purmo radiators is that they respond to signals very quickly and efficiently automatic control, differ rapid heating and cooling after work. The only objection to installing flat-panel devices is in rooms with indicators high humidity air, but such a limitation is considered for models without a special anti-corrosion protection surfaces.

Today determines the popularity of Purmo radiators as the highest quality and most reliable devices for installation in heating systems. They are equally relevant for heating domestic and industrial premises. Flat batteries have such a variety of designs and technical characteristics that it is very easy to choose one to suit any design solution. For ease of installation, models with side and bottom connections are available, various depths, length and height.

Radiators Purmo are perfect because they allow operating pressure up to 10 atmospheres, while flat devices are tested at a pressure of 12 atmospheres, and receive a safety margin. To heat small and large areas, you can choose accordingly flat heaters of the required power.

The name Purmo radiators comes from the name of the small town where the production of radiators began at the first factory. Further cooperation between manufacturers was continued with the Rettig concern, which paved the way for the sale of radiators abroad. Since then, large production facilities for the production of flat-plate batteries have been opened in Germany, Poland and Finland. All modern world appreciated the quality of the batteries, and they are supplied to markets in about 20 countries. In Russia, flat radiators have also gained popularity due to their proven reliability and efficiency at a correspondingly very reasonable price.

Purmo radiators are made from modern cold rolled steel alloys With low content carbon. To give the outer surface beauty and shine, as well as protect it from corrosion, two layers of varnish are applied to flat products, which is very durable in use. The cataphoresis method is used for coating, which guarantees the color constancy and integrity of the film. Flat radiators have a very well thought out convection system, which allows them to be used in different rooms without special costs.

Design features of Purmo radiators

For the manufacture of batteries, steel is suitable in many respects; it is a flexible and malleable material, with high strength it is easily connected by welding, its manufacturability has long been tested in various heating system products. Steel panel batteries are made in two types:

  • tubular radiators;
  • panel varieties of flat batteries.

Panel type

First, blanks are made to make the device. Two flat steel purlins are joined using resistance welding along the contour for a strong bond. When creating a device, two or three such resulting panels are stamped together. Inside there are oval cavities-passages for moving the heating fluid. The finally finished parts are connected to each other using pipes.

To increase heat transfer On the inside of the panels, U-shaped ribs are placed, which are made of thinner steel than the plates. This design successfully increases convection. The complex connection of several plates is covered from the outside with a special casing.

Varieties panel radiators Purmo heating systems depend on the number of connected converter and heating plates inside the flat device. Owners of private houses most prefer to install Purmo flat radiators only with the air heating function, without a converter connection. Such panel radiators are small in thickness, which makes it possible to mount them without reducing usable area rooms.

Purmo tubular radiators

These models are classified as tubular type products if the core of the panel heating device is pipes welded together and is at the same time a body. This type of radiator is more complex to manufacture than the panel type, but there are a large variety of models available. Consumers most often prefer to choose the classic, common option, when the radiator is similar to the old cast-iron models, but there are many more moves inside for moving the heating fluid.

Radiator price Purmo is quite significant; this type can be classified as an elite model and cannot be called budget. Designers who work with the scope of creative thought in tandem with a flight of imagination can afford original design, where the panel radiator will be the highlight of an expensive interior.

Technical characteristics of Purmo radiators

The process of heat transfer can occur in this brand of batteries in two ways:

  • radiating heat directly into the room;
  • use of convection to transfer heat.

If we talk about the heat transfer rate, it varies quite widely, but even the worst of the representatives are quite effective in their work. Thermal capacity can be shown in the range from 1100 to 1900 Watts. These data are generated by the type of panel device used, its overall dimensions and brand. A particularly valuable quality of panel appliances is their ability to heat up very quickly and begin to give off heat.

If we talk about the pressure that Purmo radiator models can withstand, the indicators will also vary. Panel models cannot withstand high pressure in the network, its limit is expressed in the ability to withstand the pressure in 8 atmospheres. This figure is reduced due to the insufficient ductility of steel alloys.

As for tubular panel radiators, their ability to withstand high pressure, up to 15 atmospheres, gives them the opportunity to be used in a centralized urban heating system, which is famous for its high operating pressure.

An indicator for using Purmo radiators is the ability to resist internal corrosion, depending on the type of coolant. Steel cannot withstand prolonged exposure to water and air.

It is not recommended to install radiators made of steel alloys in a centralized urban heating system. In these conditions there is a constant drain water heating resource in summer. After such a procedure, when air collides with moisture remaining inside, the process of rust begins very quickly.

However, manufacturers do not give up and try to cover the internal cavities with special protective compounds. Naturally, the price of such models will be slightly higher than the standard one. internal processing. The durability of Purmo radiators is also affected by the temperature of the coolant, which, according to technological parameters, cannot exceed 120ºС.

Distance between connection axes and dimensions

This indicator includes distance between upper and lower collectors. This indicator is especially important for panel radiators with the possibility side connection. For models with bottom connection, this parameter is not defined.

Steel flat radiators, depending on the model, can be connected with an interaxial distance ranging from 55 to 75 cm. As for tubular radiators, this figure ranges from 12 to 30 cm.

  • for flat radiators, the height is 20–90 cm, and the length can be made up to three meters;
  • tubular models are unlimited in length, height from 20 to 30 cm, thickness does not exceed 23 cm.

In the manufacture of flat and tubular radiators they use steel of various thicknesses. Naturally, devices with a larger wall thickness will have a longer service life, and other technical indicators will be raised. Steel with a thickness of 1.15 to 1.3 mm can be used for production. Increasing the strength of the radiator by using a thicker wall will entail an increase in price.

Positive aspects of Purmo radiators

Flaws

  • the main omission of technologists is the susceptibility of the steel alloy to corrosion and rust, which most quickly begins to spread under conditions of internal air exposure;
  • looking at the technical indicators of steel flat radiators, we can say that they cannot withstand hydraulic shocks due to the large number welds. This limits the scope of use of Purmo radiators only for small autonomous heating systems.

Radiator connection options

After choosing the model, class and type of radiator, you should determine how to connect the devices to the heating system of a private home. Connection system divided into one-pipe and two-pipe:

  • lateral supply in a two-pipe system;
  • bottom connection in a two-pipe system;
  • lateral connection in a one-pipe system;
  • bottom line in a one-pipe system;
  • thermostatic valve or valve application.

Briefly about the one-pipe system

A single-pipe system is a type of system in which water under pressure is supplied upward to the top floors, and then through other pipes it enters the lower floors. At the same time, it simultaneously passes through all the heating registers installed along the way. On the lower floors there is temperature difference in the direction of decrease.

If you try to adjust the water supply, it will not bring significant changes. It is not recommended to install pipes with a larger cross-section, as this will lead to a decrease in the coolant flow in the riser.

Two-pipe system

The principle of such a system is that water enters through one pipe and is discharged through another. Heating devices are connected in parallel to the risers. With such a system, there is no difference in water temperature on different floors; the heating is the same. The system was most often used in buildings of the old type, in those housing constructions with low number of storeys.

Currently, such a two-pipe system is used when installing heating in luxury cottages and individual modern housing construction. Such a system is completely acceptable in industrial premises and outbuildings.

The use of Purmo panel and tubular radiators in the heating system is justified by quality and reliability; the price of such devices is affordable for all segments of the population.

How to match the radiator power to the area of the room?

For single-family houses we offer one- and two-panel PURMO radiators. If the network is laid in the walls of a building, it is necessary to use radiators with side feeding - typ C. If the network is laid in the floor, you can use radiators with a bottom supply - typ CV. The height of the radiators depends on the distance from the window sill to the floor - the bottom edge of the radiator should be no less than 10 cm from the floor, the top edge should be no less than 10 cm from the window sill. The length of the radiator is determined by the heat requirement for heating the room. The heat requirement must be calculated by the plumbing designer.

These calculations are attached to most finished projects, but in individual projects they are usually absent. If we do not have calculations, we can use a very simplified method for selecting radiators based on the footage of the premises. This method is fraught with significant errors. Basically, the heat demand is from 60 to 200 W/m2. In houses with good thermal insulation k = 0.3 W/m2K (10 cm of polystyrene foam in multilayer walls or single-layer walls of type YTONG type 400 with a thickness of 36.5 cm) the need will be 60 W/m2 for two-story houses or houses with a residential attic and 70 W/m2 - for one-story houses. In houses without insulation k = 1.2-1.5 W/m2K, the need will be 130-140 W/m2 for two-story houses or houses with a residential attic and 150-200 W/m2 for one-story houses.

When selecting radiators from the table, it is necessary to take into account the calculated parameters of the water in the system central heating and associated correction factors. If the system is powered by a pendant gas boiler, then it will work at parameters 80/60°C or 75/65°C - we select radiators directly from the table.
For parameters other than standard - for example, 90/70°C, we take a correction factor of 0.8 from the coefficient table and multiply it by the heat demand.
Below we provide a diagram for selecting a radiator in a system operating at 90/70°C parameters:
Room 15 m2 in a house with a residential attic
Wall insulation - polystyrene foam 5 cm thick.
The heat source is a suspended gas boiler.
The distance from the floor to the window sill is 85 cm.
Window width – 90 cm.
Q = m2 x 90 W/m2 x 0.8 = 1080 W.

We can choose the radiator C11 6011 - a single-panel radiator with a height of 60 cm and a length of 110 cm or C21s 6009 - a two-panel radiator of the slim type with one convector, a height of 60 cm and a length of 80 cm, or C22 6007 - a two-panel radiator with two convectors with a height of 60 cm cm and length 70 cm.
The length of the selected radiator should not exceed the width of the window, so you need to choose between C21s 6009 and C22 6007 - the choice may be determined by aesthetic considerations.

A more detailed calculation can be obtained from consultant managers

It is impossible to create without high-quality radiators effective system heating. The rapid and uniform heating of the room depends on this element. Finnish Purmo radiators have all the technical characteristics necessary to create a comfortable microclimate in the house.

Model range of Purmo radiators

Purmo products allow you to install a heating system of any configuration. The company produces both tubular and panel radiators. In addition, the range includes heated towel rails, pipes, convectors and ventilation systems.

Purmo Compact

This is a basic model of a panel-type radiator with a profiled surface, having 4 side holes with ½-inch threads for supplying heating pipes. Products of this model are marked as follows - 11, 12, 22, 33. The first marking value indicates the number of panels along which the coolant moves, the second - the number of rows of internal U-shaped ribs to improve the convection effect. Accordingly, the larger the designation, the more powerful the device will be, but in this case its depth also increases.

Purmo Compact batteries are designed for use in one- and two-pipe heating systems closed type. Depending on the model, the length of the radiator can be from 40 cm to 3 m, and the height - from 30 cm to 90 cm. Allowable pressure 10 atm. The maximum coolant temperature is +110°C.

If it is necessary to supply pipes from below, a model with a Ventil Compact bottom connection is provided, in which the inlets can be located on the left or right side of the radiators. When ordering by phone, this point must be clarified. The Ventil Compact M model has a bottom connection in the middle of the device.

All models with bottom connection are equipped with a thermostatic valve. Its configuration is carried out in production. Additional adjustment is required in rare cases, if for some reason its operation is not satisfactory.

Purmo Plan Compact

The technical characteristics of this radiator are practically no different from the base model. The only difference is a smooth plate superimposed on a profiled panel and a higher cost.

It should be noted that in all models with bottom pipe supply, the coolant supply hole is on the left, and the coolant outlet hole is on the right.

Purmo Ramo Compact

In this model, as in the previous one, the profiled panel is covered with a plate, but it is not smooth, but made in the form of wide horizontal stripes. This solution emphasizes the strict design of the radiator and looks stylish in the interior of the room. The model has the possibility of side and bottom connections. Devices with bottom pipe supply are designated by the word Ventil. This the lineup includes the following types of radiators - 11, 21, 22, 33, 44. Devices are produced with lengths from 40 cm to 3 m, and heights from 20 cm to 50 cm. Permissible pressure up to 10 atm.

Purmo Hygiene

Special hygienic type of radiators without internal fins. When convection currents move, dust particles rise along with them, which then settle on inner surface radiator The absence of ribs makes the device easier to clean. The Hygiene model is recommended for installation in rooms where people with allergic diseases live, as well as in hospitals, kindergartens and other public places. In such radiators, the proportion of heat transferred by infrared radiation significantly exceeds convection heat transfer.

The Hygiene model range includes 3 types of batteries - 10, 20, 30. All of them have modifications with Ventil bottom side connection and Ventil M center connection, as well as Plan Hygiene with a smooth overlay plate with all pipe supply options.

Purmo Vertical

Vertical radiators are designed for rooms with limited horizontal space, but which require large thermal power to heat. The device has 4 holes for side pipe supply and 2 in the bottom center for bottom connection. Vertical radiators are produced following types- 10, 20, 21, 22, width from 30 cm to 75 cm and height - from 1.5 m to 2.3 m. Permissible pressure up to 6 atm., maximum coolant temperature - +99°C.

This type of radiator is classified as a designer type and is more suitable for country houses or apartments with autonomous system heating.

Purmo Air

Metal-plastic windows have good energy efficiency, but they must be opened periodically to ventilate the room, otherwise the lack of fresh air can cause poor health. The company's specialists took this problem into account and developed the Air model, which allows you to ventilate the room without opening a window.

The radiator is mounted on outer wall, a through hole is made nearby and a filter is installed. Having passed through it, the cold air is heated by the radiator and dispersed throughout the room. This creates a miniature heated ventilation system. Ventilation equipment is supplied complete with the radiator.

The line of Air models consists of devices of type - 11, 22, 33, length from 70 cm to 3 m and width from 30 cm to 75 cm. Allowable pressure - up to 6 atm., permissible temperature coolant - +110°C.

Delta Laserline

This model belongs to the tubular type of radiators, consisting of sections. The design of each section consists of two heads connected to each other steel pipes. Depending on the model, the number of rows of pipes may be different. By welding, the sections are connected into a single radiator. In this design, the quality of the welds plays an important role. For the manufacture of tubular radiators, laser welding controlled by a computer system is used.

Delta Laserline models have the traditional shape used in these types of batteries, but in a slightly different design. The pipes are not made round, but in the shape of the letter D, which ensures more efficient heat transfer with smaller dimensions.

The length of such batteries varies from 20 cm to 2.5 m, height from 15 cm to 3 m. It is possible to manufacture radiators of any height according to custom sizes. The permissible coolant temperature is 120°C, at a pressure of up to 10 atm.

The Delta Twin M model is also available, which has a similar design, only in a vertical version. It does not provide for the possibility of lateral connection - the pipes are supplied from the bottom in the center. The model range consists of two batteries with a length of 50 cm and 60 cm, height - from 1 m to 2 m.

Purmo Delta Bar

This radiator can be called truly exclusive. It can serve not only as a heating device, but also as a decorative table or even a bar counter. It can also be used as a partition for zoning a room.

The supply pipes are hidden from below in the legs and along appearance the device looks more like a designer table rather than a heating radiator. The cover is not included in the package and will have to be ordered separately. The length of such a product without a tabletop is from 70 cm to 1.1 m, height - from 75 cm to 90 cm. Permissible pressure is up to 10 atm., maximum temperature is +120 ° C.

Purmo Delta Column Bench

Another exclusive development by Purmo designers. At the same time it can serve as a heating device and a decorative bench. As in the previous model, the supply pipes are hidden in the legs, the only difference is the horizontal arrangement of the pipes. The base model is painted in White color, but upon individual order it is possible to paint it in any shade from the color palette. The length of such a “bench” is 1.5 m to 1.8 m, height - 20 cm to 35 cm. The maximum pressure is up to 10 atm, the permissible coolant temperature is +120 ° C.

It is worth noting that Purmo provides a 10-year warranty on all radiator models described.

Advantages and disadvantages of Purmo radiators

For the manufacture of Purmo radiators, high-strength steel with a thickness of 1.25 mm is used. Painting of products is carried out using technology used in the automotive industry. Radiators are immersed in a container with a priming solution, and then a special paint is applied under the influence of an electrostatic field. This technology allows the coating to firmly adhere to the surface of the steel, which completely eliminates the possibility of peeling and swelling of the paint due to temperature fluctuations. Products are painted white, but there is a possibility of painting upon individual order. To select a color, the customer is provided with a palette of 700 shades.

Purmo products have a wide range of advantages:

  • effective heat transfer due to natural convection and infrared thermal radiation;
  • the simplicity of the design ensures a long service life, since there is simply nothing to break in the device;
  • various options for supplying heating pipes allow the installation of radiators in any conditions;
  • Purmo radiators have a light weight and do not require massive brackets during installation;
  • due to the small internal volume of the devices, high efficiency of the heating system as a whole is achieved;
  • price metal radiators significantly cheaper than similar aluminum products;
  • the aesthetic appearance of the radiators fits harmoniously into the interior of any room;
  • Purmo radiators have a universal design that allows them to be used in one- and two-pipe heating systems;
  • quality paintwork reliably protects the outer surface of radiators from corrosion;
  • It is possible to choose a color in accordance with the design of the room.

Disadvantages of Purmo radiators:

  • V centralized systems heating service providers drain the coolant during the summer; if air gets inside the device, the metal may corrode.
  • Due to the presence of a large number of welded seams, radiators do not withstand water hammer, which limits their use in heating systems operating under high pressure.

Purmo controls the quality of products at all stages of production and is constantly looking for ways to improve products. All Purmo products are standardized and have appropriate certification.

The Purmo company, which produces steel heating radiators, belongs to the European concern Rettig Heating. The company pays great attention to the quality of its products, and has received all the required European and Russian certificates. The company's range includes both panel and tubular radiators, there are also convectors, heated towel rails, ventilation systems and pipes. In general, if desired, the entire heating system can be made from products from this company.

Panel radiators

For heating appliances of any type, high-quality painting is very important: it not only improves the aesthetic appearance, but also protects the metal from oxidation. Because painting is one key points production. Purmo radiators are painted using technology used in the automotive industry: first they are immersed in a bath with a priming solution, and then a special type of paint is applied in an electrostatic field. As a result, the paint coating adheres perfectly to the metal surface, does not peel off or swell even with temperature changes.

IN basic version All products are painted white, but if necessary, you can order any color from the standard palette, which is more than 700 shades.

Basic model Purmo Compact (Purmo Compact)

This is a panel steel radiator with a corrugated front panel. Side connection - four outputs with internal thread½". Available in the following types: 11, 12 (or 21 - this is the same thing), 22, 33. The first number indicates the number of panels through which the coolant flows, the second - the number of additional convection panels. The more panels, the more powerful the radiator will be, but its depth will also be greater. They can be used in both one-pipe and two-pipe closed systems.

The technical parameters are as follows:

  • The thickness of the sheet on the panel is 1.25 mm.
  • The pitch between the vertical channels for the coolant is 33 mm.
  • Height from 300 mm to 900 mm (in increments of 100 mm).
  • Length from 400 mm to 3000 mm (up to 1200, increments of 100 mm, then variable).
  • The power varies over a very wide range: from 289 W (type 11, size 300*400 mm) to 13058 W (type 33, size 900*3000 mm).
  • The price also depends on the type and size: from 44 to 598 euros.
  • Ph from 8 to 9.5.
  • Working pressure - up to 10 Bar, test pressure up to 13 Bar;
  • Coolant temperature up to +110 o C.
  • Warranty period - 10 years.

The same model can be produced with a bottom connection. Then it is called Purmo Ventil Compact. In this modification, the coolant pipes can be located at the bottom right or left (specify the type you need when ordering). There is another modification with a bottom connection, Purmo Ventil Compact M. It differs from the previous model in that the bottom entrance is located in the middle. This option is convenient in that you can simply remove the pipes and not mount the radiator for now, which is undesirable and problematic with a side connection.

In all models with a coolant supply from below, a thermostatic valve is installed at the factory. The valve is pre-configured, so it does not need to be adjusted (adjustment is needed if its operating mode does not suit you).

Panel radiators "Purmo" with bottom connection are designed for installation in two-pipe systems(for a single-pipe valve, the hydraulic resistance of the valve will be too large). Technical characteristics completely coincide with basic model, there is a difference in price - they are about 20 euros more expensive (the cost of the valve).

Smooth panel battery Purmo Planora (PCV) or Plan Compact

This is a version of a steel radiator with a smooth front panel.

Connection types, dimensions and thermal power and other technical characteristics are the same as the parameters of the base model:

When installing any Purmo radiator with a bottom connection, you need to remember that the supply pipe is on the left, and the return pipe is on the right.

Front panel with horizontal stripes Purmo Ramo Compact

Wide horizontal stripes are stamped on the front panel. This modification is available with side and bottom connections. For the bottom connection the word Ventil is added. Five types are available: 11, 21, 22, 33, 44. Technical characteristics of “Purmo Ramo Compact”:

Special type Purmo Hygiene (Hygiene)

Any of the above options can be produced without additional fin plates. This will be the Purmo Hygiene type. Such radiators are necessary in hospitals and clinics, as well as for those who have allergic diseases.

Perforated metal plates significantly increase heat transfer, but the small distances between them make cleaning difficult and troublesome: no brushes or even a steam generator can clean them, which is unacceptable for medical institutions. Also, without additional panels, the share of radiant heat, the percentage of convective heat transfer is reduced, which is important for public places. Available in three types: 10, 20, 30.

The “Hygiene” model does not contain additional ribs, so they are easy to wash

There are options Purmo Hygiene - this is a modification of the Compact model with a side connection, Ventil Hygiene - also but with a right or left bottom connection, Ventil Hygiene M - the bottom connection is located in the center of the heater. There are similar models in the Purmo Plan Hygiene modification. There is also a model “Ventil” and “Ventil M”.

Vertical panel radiator Purmo Vertical (Purmo Vertical)

This unusual model fits well into rooms where there are few free horizontal surfaces, and large thermal power is required. There are immediately four pipes for the side connection and two located in the center for the bottom. Coolant supply options are shown in the figure.

Types of vertical panel radiator - 10, 20, 21, 22.

Based on the technical characteristics, we can say unequivocally - this is a model for private houses, or for multi-storey houses with an independent heating system, the parameters of which are not higher than those specified for the radiator.

Radiator with ventilation Purmo Air

Modern metal-plastic windows They conserve heat well, but completely block the access of fresh air to the room. Lack of oxygen can lead to feeling unwell and the development of diseases. The Purmo Air radiator is installed on an external wall, a hole is made in it, from where air comes from the street. It goes directly to the built-in filter, and then passes through the radiator and heats up. It turns out that this type of heating device is a miniature heated ventilation system.

Structurally, the Purmo Air system consists of a standard panel radiator 11, 22, 33 and a small set of ventilation and filtering equipment that is installed behind it.

A variety of models and types, capacities and dimensions, the ability to paint the radiator in any color - all this makes it possible to choose a Pumo panel radiator for any room. But once again we draw your attention to the fact that they are only suitable for closed-type systems (with a low oxygen content and a small amount of suspended particles in the coolant). That is, they will perform best in individual heating systems.

Tubular radiators

Steel tubular radiators are very decorative even in the most simple design, but subject to their high quality workmanship. And Purmo radiators are famous for their quality. Structurally, this type of heating device consists of two section heads (upper and lower), which are stamped from a steel sheet. Steel pipes are then welded to them. There can be from two to six rows of pipes (or columns), and the depth of the section changes accordingly. The finished sections are welded together into a single radiator, after which it is tested for leaks, then undergoes anti-corrosion treatment and painted (in any color from the RAL palette).

The appearance and reliability of tubular steel radiators largely depends on the quality of the welds. At Purmo enterprises, laser welding is used, the process is controlled by computers, so the connecting seams are reliable and visually indistinguishable. It seems that this is a single structure.

Delta Laserline and Delta Laserline VT

The classic shape for this type of radiator, but in a special design: the pipes have no round shape, and the cross-section resembles the letter D. This gives an increase in the heating area, and therefore more power with smaller dimensions.

A very wide range of models allows you to choose a heating device for any conditions and any preferences. General technical specifications are as follows:

The Delta Laserline VT modification is a tubular radiator with a bottom connection. The coolant supply pipes can be located on the right or left, as well as in the center (only in versions with an even number of sections). A thermostatic valve is installed on any of the batteries.

Tall radiators Delta Twin M

This tubular radiator is an ideal choice in areas where there is not enough free horizontal space for a battery of the required power. Only a two-pipe version is available, with a lower central connection. The mounting brackets (four pieces) are welded to the rear panel, the brackets are included.

The technical characteristics of “Purmo Delta Twin” indicate that they can even work in central heating systems, but always with an independent connection (check with the management campaign):

  • Length 500 mm and 600 mm (10 and 12 sections).
  • Height 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2000 mm.
  • Depth - 63 mm.
  • Thermal power from 753 W (size 500*1000 mm) to 1762 W (size 600*2000 mm).
  • Ph from 8 to 9.5.
  • Warranty period - 10 years.

Practical Purmo Delta Bar

This battery can be designed in the form of a table or bench; it can be used as a dividing partition between zones in the room.

The only connection is possible: supply at the bottom left in the outer section (in the left leg), return pipeline at the bottom right (in the right leg). Supplied without top cover. Standard painting is white varnish, upon request - any color from the RAL palette. The pipe connections are hidden, so few will guess that this is not a designer table, but a heating radiator. The technical specifications are as follows:

  • Length 720 mm (700 mm without tabletop), 920 mm (900 mm), 1120 mm (110 mm).
  • Height 940 mm (750 mm without tabletop), 1090 mm (900 mm without tabletop).
  • Depth:
    • 4-pipe 224 mm;
    • 5-pipe 262 mm.
  • Thermal power from 1417 W (4 pipes, size 700*750 mm) to 3230 W (5 pipes pipe size 900*1100 mm).
  • Working pressure - up to 10 Bar, test pressure up to 15 Bar.
  • Coolant temperature up to +120 o C.
  • Ph from 8 to 9.5.
  • Warranty period - 10 years.

Stylish Delta Column Bench

Unlike the Delta Bar model, the pipes here are arranged horizontally - from four to seven six-column sections. Only bottom connection, supply on the left, return on the right (hidden in the legs).

  • Length 1535 mm 2835 mm.
  • Height 387 mm (200 mm without tabletop), 437 mm (250 mm); 487 mm (300 mm), 537 mm (350 mm).
  • Depth 300 mm.
  • Thermal power from 1411 W (4 sections, 1500 mm long) to 4247 W (7 sections, 2800 mm long).
  • Working pressure - up to 10 Bar, test pressure up to 15 Bar.
  • Coolant temperature up to +120 o C.
  • Ph from 8 to 9.5.
  • Warranty period - 10 years.

When installing under a window sill, the following distances must be observed: at least 10-12 cm from the floor and window sill. If the distance is 7-10 cm, the power must be increased by 5-10%. An even shorter distance will make heating completely ineffective. In this case, you need to choose a radiator with a smaller height.

The pipework must be done in such a way that after completion of the work there is no stress left, either in the pipes or in the fittings. During installation, radiators must not be heated (for example, with a blowtorch).
