One of the most important tasks in the field of security in Russia is to ensure safety in industries and facilities with increased fire and explosion hazards, including terrorist hazards.

One of the components of administrative, organizational and technical measures to solve this problem is the implementation at such facilities automated systems access of personnel not only to the dangerous enterprises themselves, which, however, is to one degree or another decided from the very moment such objects appear, but also of the personnel themselves to dangerous premises inside such enterprises.

The basis for the protection of dangerous objects is the concept of layered or zonal defense. On dangerous enterprise thousands and even tens of thousands of people can work. All of them have the right to pass through the checkpoint in the outer perimeter. However, only hundreds have access to dangerous buildings technological installations. And only a few dozen people have the right of access to security-critical technological process premises.
