If it doesn’t work with your real IP, use Hamachi; there are plenty of manuals on how to use it on the Internet.
One of you (the host) launches Telepone, and in the IP Change tab enters the Original IP - your real IP or your IP from Hamachi, clicks Encrypt and gets Encrypted IP.
In the Mode Select tab, select Server. In the Enter server name field, enter your Original IP.
The rest (clients) select Client in the Mode Select tab. In the Enter destination IP field, enter the Encrypted IP from the host. Also don't forget to uncheck DNS.
