1 APPROVED by Director of MBOU “Secondary School 12” A.A. Romanova “01” September 2015 INSTRUCTIONS Urgent evacuation of a school in case of fire To prevent panic and ensure a safe, organized and effective evacuation of everyone present in the school through all available exits, and to set the mind for a rational response when faced with a fire or other emergency Both the school and other places have developed procedures for dealing with a fire in the school. SEQUENCE OF ACTIONS OF SCHOOL STAFF AND STUDENTS (5 stages) 1. Alarm (sound alarm); 2. Call the fire department, Ministry of Emergency Situations, ambulance medical care, police; 3. Evacuation of the school; 4. Gathering of the entire school staff in a designated place; 5. Roll call (checking students and school staff). 1. Anxiety. Any person - student or member of school staff - who discovers a fire should not hesitate to raise the fire alarm. A fire alarm (a series of long bells) or a fire alarm (a voice alarm) in any part of the building should serve as a signal for complete evacuation of the school building. Every person should know where the floor plans for evacuation from the premises of MBOU "Secondary School 12" are located and be able to use them, as well as know the algorithm of action in the event of a fire: The evacuation plan for the third floor is located in the corridor in front of the main staircase leading down; The second floor evacuation plan is located in the hallway in front of the main staircase leading down; The first floor evacuation plan is located in the corridor in front of the main stairs leading up. They indicate the location: Your location; System activation buttons fire automatics; Landline phones; Fire extinguishers; Power outage locations; Finding a first aid kit; Direction of movement to the emergency exit; Path to the main emergency exit;

2 Paths to emergency exit; Emergency exits (there are 8 emergency exits in the premises of Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution “Secondary School 12”). 2. Call the fire department. Any occurrence of a fire, even the smallest, or suspicion of a fire must be immediately reported to the fire department by phone - 01 "FIRE SERVICE" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations or the multi-channel cell phone of the Ministry of Emergency Situations - 112, and if unavailable, you can call 02 "POLICE" and report the incident or press the fire alarm button. When talking, it is necessary to clearly and correctly describe the situation (What happened? Number of people. Exact address. What is the best way to get there. Who called? Position). Duplication of the fire department call is carried out by the duty administrator or class teacher, who must report that the fire department has been called to the school principal (duty administrator). Instructions

for the evacuation of students from the school building in the event ofemergencies

In the event of a threat of a terrorist attack or another emergency situation, as well as during training evacuation in accordance with the schedule approved by the school director, the decision to evacuate students and teaching staff is made by the school director or his deputy.

The signal for evacuation from the school building in the form of three (each call lasts 5 - 7 seconds) long calls is given by a member of the technical staff on the direct instructions of the school principal.

Emergency exits are opened by the deputy director for economic affairs Borisova L.A., duplicated by the administrator on duty; those responsible for room No. 4 (eastern emergency exit); cab. No. 16 (western emergency exit); physical education teacher (emergency exit from the gym).

If an evacuation signal is given during a lesson the teacher must: count the students, check with the payroll, give the command to collect personal belongings, pick up the class register, line up the students and, having appointed a leader and a trailing person, calmly and quickly, without panic, lead the entire group out of the school building one by one along the route:

    1st floor - offices No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 - eastern (right) emergency exit,

    1st floor - offices, No. 7, No. 8, No. 9, No. 14, No. 16 - central exit.

    2nd floor - offices No. 27, No. 28, No. 29, library - eastern (right),

2nd floor - offices No. 31, No. 32, No. 38, No. 34 - western (left) flight of stairs, western emergency exit.

    3rd floor - offices No. 40, No. 41, No. 42, No. 43 - eastern (right)
flight of stairs, eastern emergency exit.

3rd floor - offices No. 44, No. 50, No. 51 - western (left) flight of stairs, western emergency exit.

If an evacuation signal is given during a break :

    • Students go to the room assigned to them for the next lesson.

The teacher goes to the office, where he conducts the next lesson, acts according to clause 3 of these instructions.

      • When moving inside the school premises, be extremely careful to avoid the formation of “traffic jams”, especially in places where flows of people merge, on flights of stairs, in doorways.

In places where student streams merge, follow the “interference from the right” rule.

In case of a large congestion at the central exit, if the nearest emergency exit is available, use it.

The evacuation of students who are in the dining room at the time of the signal is carried out under the direction of the school principal.

When conducting a training evacuation in the cold season, students dress in warm clothes and shoes under the guidance of a teacher: elementary school students take their things from the locker room and get dressed in the foyer. Middle and high school students change their shoes in the lobby and take warm clothes with them.

Dressing sequence by class:

  • all Primary School(as you approach the 1st floor foyer – “first come first serve”)

    then all other classes.

This stage of evacuation (dressing students) is coordinated by technical staff under the leadership of the school director (his replacement).

To inspect classrooms, toilets, corridors and other areas of the school, the director appoints two unoccupied employees to search for and evacuate people who may be in them.

When leaving the school building, the teacher reports to the director using the form: “Class (name the class). I bring out (number of) students"

Class meeting place during evacuation - roadway and pedestrian part of Tekstilnaya Street (opposite the post office, Administration ). see Appendix 1.2.

After arriving at the assembly point, report to the Deputy Director of Security using the form: “Class (name the class). According to the list in the class (so many students). Withdrew (number of) students,” wait for further instructions from the school principal or his deputy.

As directed by the director, place students in a safe place: the Rural District Administration building, the art school building.
