A bright and tasty breakfast can easily be prepared from just chicken eggs and carrots. It will be so visually attractive that you will want to repeat this dish every day! At the same time, you can vary carrots with zucchini or apple - these ingredients are interchangeable with each other.

To prepare an omelet with carrots in the oven, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Rinse the shells of chicken eggs in warm water first, and then break the eggs into a container. Beat them with a whisk or a regular fork until foamy, adding a little salt. If desired, you can add a little ground black pepper.

Peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler and rinse in water. Then cut with the same tool into long strips - ribbons.
